Offering
easy, informal and high-level networking to club members
Developing
professionalism of the members, developing expertise and enhancing the understanding of how Finnish and international companies can explore business opportunities in East European and Central Asian countries
Promoting
discussions about relations between Finland and East European and Central Asian Countries, particularly in business and issues related to life and business administration in these regions
Increasing
the overall interest for East European
and Central Asian business in Finland (e.g. among students)
Our members are well represented among the senior employees of the vast majority of the Finnish companies working in Eastern Europe and Central Asia

The club was founded in 2005
Meetings
activities are based on quarterly member meetings
Events
Usually 1–2 day, occasionally slightly longer, events in Finland, Eastern Europe, Central Asia (e.g. Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.), with high-level meetings, business visits and networking opportunities
Learning
Getting to know promising and successful Finnish and international businesses, relevant NGO:s and public sector companies and organisations
Discussions
Club organizes occasionally other activities to increase Finnish interest in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and trigger discussions about it in Finland
100 MEMBERS
Club members are accepted by the Board if they meet the following criteria:
Recommendation
Club applicants are to be recommended by a club member. To be invited, club applicants must be under 40 years old when joining the club
Specialization
Applicants must specialize in their individual professional field, in East European and Central Asian business, Finnish foreign politics, or research of Eastern Europe and Central Asia
Activities
Applicants must be interested in the Club´s purpose and activities and be able to participate in club events
Sociable
Applicants must be reputable individuals with networking abilities
